I would book back into here straight away, don’t bother about the hotel being a little on the smaller side. The advantage is that one is situated right in the middle of things, nice service, room-safe, large room and large telly. The reception is situated on the first floor and is open until midnight. One always has the room key.
There are various room categories here as well:
Standard Deluxe Room (about 10 of them) costs 32.50 US Dollars. Executive Room (3) 45 US Dollars, one Jacuzzi Room (55 US Dollars).
Had one of the three executive rooms, was very satisfied with it. These rooms are situated on the third floor, which has the advantage that one doesn’t have the noise of the Camelot Gogo Bar; the disadvantage is that the rooms, which are to the side of the hotel and have the outside corridor in between, are directly above a new karaoke bar. Such as all over Asia, these are always very loud and kept me awake a few times. They open at about ten in the morning and carry on right through until five the next morning, of course, during the week end they are open for even longer

Have never tried them out myself, it seems as if the great disadvantage is that the Camalot Gogo Bar produces noise comparable with a ‘foot massage’, that is what I have been told anyway.
The only Jacuzzi room is also situated on the first floor; everyone must decide for themselves whether the extra charge is worth it. I can imagine it is good fun splashing about with chicks…. But what has put me off up to now is the fact that this room, although being the only one really large enough, has the smallest of TV’s, those in the other rooms are of a sensational size.

View, outside shower on the second floor. By the way, it is quite nice sitting outside there; there really is something about it.

Conclusion: As already mentioned, the location is great, one falls out of the hotel right into the middle of the filth. As ‘compensation for the pool’ one is able to sit outside, at least if one has booked an executive room. It’s like that in Angeles; a hotel that lies central and also has a pool has still to be built.

Update:
In the meantime the karaoke bar has been moved further back, meaning that the noise level has improved for the better (quieter). Had the same room right at the top, didn’t disturb at all. I have now even tried the Jacuzzi room out: great stuff, it is situated in a quieter area of the hotel. The Whirlpool is great, works well and is a lot of fun. The TV is large as well.
Apart from that: friendly service, great hotel, everything as always and should be, prices a little higher (s.a.)
