Big Luck Hotel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia 419 AO AV MONIVONG BLVD. BOENG PRALIT 7 MAKARA, Visited by Major Grubert The Monivong Blvd. Is one of the largest streets in Phnom Penh, (leads across the bridge to Vietnam). The hotel is situated centrally around about between Martinis and the Central Market, Riverside next to the Tonle Sap River is also pretty close by. Of course it is a bit too far to walk to each of the places one would like to visit, well, as far as I am concerned anyway. Then again, a motorbike taxi will only cost about 1000 Riel (25 US Cents): The hotel is ok, my room cost me 25 bucks and was quite spacious, without breakfast (can be done without) 23 US Dollars. They even have rooms for 30 including Jacuzzi. I didn’t like these rooms all that much. One of the hotel’s specialities is the small pool on the roof including sauna and massage. One has to pay an extra 2 US Dollars to use the pool. The hotel is no problem when bringing in chicks during the night (during the day is ok as well), don’t really need to mention that, it’s Cambodia and I’m called Grubert Here a few photos of the hotel, room, view: |
