Visited by Major Grubert The Eastiny Place Hotel is quite new. Such as the Eastiny Inn (same company), gut and situated centrally down the Soi 8. Seen from the location point of view the Eastiny Place has all the same advantages already mentioned for the Eastiny Inn. The Eastiny Place is a lot larger than the Eastiny Inn: The prices start off at about 700 Baht, no lady fee. The rooms are quite small, the pool very big, however, I didn’t find it very ‘comfortable’. One has to watch out that one is not given a room with a view of concrete pillars. The best ones are the rooms with a view of the pool. No balconies, at least not with the rooms I have had. Everything seems a little impersonal; the personnel are friendly but without commitment. Unfortunately I don’t have many pics of the rooms, but then again they are not much of an event anyway. |
