The hotel is brand new; it is so new that although there is an internet cafe on the ground floor, the WLAN in the rooms still doesn’t work. Seems to be teething problems, which will be solved in the near future meaning that the wireless connections in the rooms will soon work properly. Location: Ideal, right in the middle of things (only a stones throw from the Apartelle Royal). Spacious well furnished rooms, two categories, prices 30 – 35 US Dollars. The reception is integrated with the internet cafe, the money exchange as well. One can get to the rooms by using the staircase, which is more or less outside. The security service is down by the reception. Wonder whether they know when and who goes with whom to the rooms. Can be of an advantage but also a disadvantage. Disadvantage: At the beginning of 2005 the rooms had no safe; this will probably be solved, or installed within time. Up to now one could only leave important things such as passport, ticket and credit card down at the reception. For me this was a reason not to stay there, especially with room safes being standard in Angeles City. As I have already mentioned, everything is brand new, inform yourselves about the current state of things, maybe per Email. |

The rooms are really very large and nicely furnished. The noise disturbance varies from room to room, all depends on whether the room is at the front, the back, or out to the side of the hotel. |
