At first I wasn’t all that keen on the place because the furniture was more sort of simple and my room was not clean at all, well, at least the bathroom wasn’t which was just bad luck. Apart from that I hadn’t heard anyone complaining. The service is correct. Safe deposit box down at the reception, once again the strange not so trustworthy system without ones own key. But there do not seem to be any problems there; one can leave ones ‘things’ with the reception without having to worry (no guarantees). The service is very friendly for Cambodian standards. There is a MASSAGE parlour on the third floor, can be quite fun just strolling past this ‘glass box’, didn’t try it out myself though. As already mentioned, the rooms are only functionally equipped, but one cannot complain at that price. The TV wasn’t too small, fridge there as well. The bed just about fits three ;-)) Later on I stayed there quite often and was always satisfied. They supply a pickup service from the airport free of charge, one only has to book it per email and one will be picked up, this saves the obligatory seven US Dollars for a taxi.
