Soi 8, Sukhumvit Road

The hotel is situated more or less at the end of Soi 8. The only snag is that Soi 8 is a few hundred metres long. However, there is a Tuk Tuk shuttle service free of charge from the hotel to the Soi Sukhumvit and vice versa. The service is available at any time of the day or night. Never had to wait any longer than five minutes at the most. A bell has been in stalled at the front down at the Suk in case one is walking from the NANA, one just has to ring and wait until one is picked up. If one is travelling by taxi one just carries on through to the hotel.

I have stayed there two or three times now; unfortunately my pictures of the hotel are no good at all (take a look at the link with all the info and pics). Each time I stayed there I had a small suite, price around about 1300 Baht. All in all quite a bit of room. There are also rooms for non-smokers. The suite consists of a large bedroom with a large double bed and a room with couch and table. Here there is also a very large fridge. Apart from this there is also a small kitchen and a bathroom with a bath. The furnishing is not new or anything special, but acceptable. The service is OK, a pool and restaurant are also available. There is a safe at the reception. As usual, chicks if desired must register themselves down at the reception (normally no problem at all). There are also a few smaller rooms for approximately 900 Baht and larger suites. See link. There is an internet connection in the lobby, fast and affordable.

I can recommend this hotel. It is situated in a peaceful area, the suite has quite a bit of room and there is nothing to complain about, the price is also ok. The hotels manager comes from India, he is also very friendly. As already mentioned, the location at the end of Soi 8 is a little bit out of the way, but things can still be managed.
