Yes, this hotel was actually brand new; together with us there were only seven guests. Work was still being carried out outside within the hotels grounds, but there was no noise. Workmen were still planting various shrubs and flowers. All in all a very nice facility but probably even nicer when the flowers start to grow. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area. The room was small but well furnished and also had a balcony. The price, 1500 Baht. On leaving we were promised that this price would still apply if we ever returned for a second stay. Phuket is a little more expensive if one prefers this type of living accommodation. One does receive ones money’s worth, an impression not left with me in Samui. The hotel is recommendable even though the room was a little small for the price.
