OK, in general Porto Galera is way out in the province, it is good for diving activities as long as the weather is ok, Nevertheless, my mate (my old friend El Mariachi) and I never really felt all that much at home in this hotel.
The prices: € 15 – 30 depending on the size and furniture. This place is more or less a wide-spread facility, but on a slope…. Those with strong thighs are at an advantage. We rented a couple of rooms for the both of us (was nothing else free), which were separated by a thin door. There was a safe in the room though (one for both rooms). The furnishing was unsympathetic to a bit worn out, the service a little impersonal.

I won’t be going back to this place again…. Not good enough for the money paid and too expensive to be a reasonably priced alternative, not forgetting that one even had to lower ones sights a little. Took a lot of photos of the rooms, maybe they have other rooms that are better. One thing I do ask myself is why don’t they have any photos of the rooms on their homepage? Anyway, we moved out after just one night.
